At TradeFit, every piece of equipment is proudly designed, cast, and finished by hand in our American foundry. Because each product is individually manufactured, slight variations in texture and finish are a natural characteristic of authentic cast iron and are not considered defects.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Quality Concerns

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect or was damaged prior to delivery, we’ll gladly review your case.

To begin a quality review, please email us at info@ironwarrior.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• Any additional information that may help our team evaluate the concern

If requested, the product must be returned to TradeFit for inspection before a determination can be made. Return shipping instructions will be provided by our team.

If our inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
