2. Refund & Returns Policy
Every TradeFit product is proudly designed, cast, and finished by hand in our American foundry.
Because each piece is individually manufactured, slight variations in texture and finish are part of authentic cast iron craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds.
- No exchanges.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Quality Concerns
We stand behind everything we build.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly review your case.
To initiate a quality review, please email info@ironwarrior.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the concern
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photos of the shipping packaging
TradeFit may require the product to be returned for inspection before making a determination.
If we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
3. Shipping Policy
Most in-stock orders are processed within 5 business days.
Custom or limited-production products may require additional processing time.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order ships.
TradeFit is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information
- Circumstances beyond our control
If your shipment arrives damaged, contact info@ironwarrior.com within 5 business days with photographs of the package and product.
